Restoring purchases
Refresh membership access after buying or reinstalling.
In the app: More -> Membership -> Restore Purchases
Open Membership from More and use Restore Purchases to check eligible App Store or Google Play purchases.
Restore Purchases does not create a subscription. It does not transfer a subscription between stores or restore an unrelated Stripe or website subscription.
Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID or Google account used to purchase.
If access still does not update, contact Support with your purchase platform and account email.
