Do I need to be a member to use the app?

Yes. The app is a companion app to our membership hub here on The Dressage Coach. You will need to sign up via the website. Once you're signed up, you'll have full access to the hub on the site and the app too!

How do I sign up?

Head to our Sign - Up page HERE and click any sign up button. You can then choose your membership level - Hub or Hub Pro. Hub is the basic membership which costs £9.99 per month. Hub Pro includes everything in Hub plus remote coaching with Maddi and costs £45 per month.

I've signed up, how do I access the app?

Once you've sign up, your app account will be automatically created. The first time you log in, you'll need to click on the 'first time logging in' button where you'll be able to request a temporary password. Once you follow the instructions in your email, you'll be able to login, set a new password and start using the app.

How do I update my details

Once logged into the app, head to the profile page via the menu and you can update any of your details there including adding your horses if you wish.

I've forgotten my login details

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login screen or from your profile page. If you've forgotten the email you've used to log in, you can contact us at mail@thedressagecoach.com and we'll help you gain access back into your account.

I've messaged Maddi/Requested Feedback on activity. How soon will I get a response?

Maddi will reply to all messages and feedback/advice requests as soon as possible but this may be up to 24 hours depending on availability.
