Apple Health and Health Connect setup
Connect supported health sources and refresh diagnostics if data is missing.
In the app: Rider Performance -> Settings -> Health Diagnostics
On iPhone, check Apple Health permissions for The Dressage Coach.
On Android, check that your watch or fitness app writes data into Health Connect.
Use Health Diagnostics after changing permissions to confirm what the app can read.
