In the app: Start Ride -> Apple Watch, where supported

Use Apple Watch where the app offers a watch ride tracking workflow.

Keep iPhone and Apple Watch nearby and open The Dressage Coach on both devices after the ride.

If the ride does not appear, wait briefly, reopen the app and check the sync troubleshooting article.
