In this distance learning course, you’ll find a variety of exercises designed to build you strength and flexibility around your entire body. With a focus on riding, these unmounted exercises will help boost your riding strength and fitness to new highs!
To do the exercises, you’ll need the balls contained within our Unmounted Franklin Method Kit (you’ll need either Red or Orange but if you have both, even better!)
